@@palmossi Well, there's the Oxford definition, and then there's the Urban definition. The Oxford is simply blowing up of an object, such as a car tire or balloon. The Urban describes a fetish in which one fills a person up with air or fluids. It may not actually necessarily mean the inflation of a person, but does regard ones sexual attraction to the very act of inflation, as there does exist latex inflation suits that just balloon around the person's natural frame.
